To study the chemical constituents from Rabdosia rubescens. Compounds were
isolated by Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatographies, their
strctures were identified by physicochemical property and NMR, MS. Eight
constituents were identified as phaeophytin a, phaeophytin b,
17c-ethoxypheaophorbide a, 17c-ethoxyphea ophorbide b, oleanolic acid, physcion,
emodin-8-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, and
isorhamnetin.

To study the chemical constituents from Rabdosia rubescens. Eight

emodin-8-O-beta-D-glucopyranosid), isorhamnetin.
Oridonin and rosemarinic acid are additional compounds found in this herb.
